Summary. Education has always been the cornerstone of civilizational progress, shaping the intellectual, moral and social foundations of societies. From the earliest times, the transmission of knowledge has been a dynamic process that evolves alongside human development. In a typical traditional setting, students sit attentively in a classroom while a teacher explains concepts and guides the learning process. However, this conventional education model is coming increasingly under strain with the rapid technological transformations of the twenty-first century that have begun to reshape the philosophy, methods and objectives of education. The integration of digital technologies, modern pedagogical frameworks and learner-centred approaches is gradually transforming classrooms into interactive spaces of exploration and collaboration. It is now being predicted that digital technologies and evolving attitudes are driving a radical transformation and disintermediation of education by 2050.
